Payment & Shipping
Several payment methods are available to the customer, which are clearly indicated during the ordering process: PayPal, SEPA Direct Debit, Giropay, Sofortüberweisung, Debit or Credit Card. Under certain circumstances, not all payment methods can be offered. In all cases, payment processing is carried out by PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.
Unless otherwise stated in the individual payment methods, the claims arising from the concluded contract are due for payment immediately.
The prices stated are fixed prices in euros including the applicable statutory VAT.
Ornament Games reserves the right to introduce temporary or permanent discounting options as well as to correct errors in advertised or confirmed prices as soon as they are identified.
Ornament Games only accepts orders from the following countries and only ships to delivery addresses in these countries:

Delivery to packing stations or post offices is not possible.
Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price. They are shown separately during the ordering process and must be paid by the customer in addition. Ornament Games charges a shipping fee (incl. postage and packaging) per order, unless free delivery has been agreed in exceptional cases. If, for technical or logistical reasons, it is necessary to send the goods in several parcels, this will not incur any additional costs for the customer. Shipping is usually carried out by DHL or Deutsche Post.
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. If delivery times are specified, delivery will be made within the specified period. If the customer has ordered items with different delivery periods, the goods will be sent in a joint delivery unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery period of the item for which the longest delivery period was specified shall apply to the entire consignment. If the individual delivery times of the named items differ significantly, Ornament Games will ship in separate deliveries without charging the customer additional shipping fees.
